Abstract
目的 探讨实施"中国护士"人才培养模式对医学教育环境的影响,为改善教学,提高教学质量提供依据.方法 运用教育环境测量表对漯河医学高等专科学校2018级普护班和"中国护士"班学生进行医学教育环境调查,比较"中国护士"人才培养模式和传统教学模式下2组学生的教育环境得分.结果 实验组学生教育环境总得分、5个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 "中国护士"人才培养模式有助于改善学生的医学教育环境.
