低氧诱导下急性肺损伤的HIF-1α与VEGF相关性探析

Abstract
急性肺损伤(ALI)是各种原因导致的肺泡上皮细胞及毛细血管内皮细胞损伤,造成肺水肿和急性低氧性呼吸功能不全.在急性低氧条件下,肺血管收缩、肺动脉压力升高、肺泡水肿和塌陷,导致肺内分流显著增加,进而诱发低氧血症,造成肺血管痉挛及肺微小血栓,共同诱导肺动脉高压的形成.在低氧诱导下,肺组织的低氧诱导因子(HIF-1α)与血清的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达量发生相应改变,这可能是导致ALI形成的原因之一,现就有关低氧诱导下ALI、HIF-1α与VEGF研究现状进行综述.
