近几年来,我国公共危机不断,因此如何科学合理地制定相应的公共政策以应对公共危机就成为人们关注的焦点.本文通过运用德罗尔对于逆境中政策制定的一系列理论观点,结合宁武县连环煤矿爆炸事故的案例,尝试分析公共危机管理中的政策制定出现的问题及其原因,并探讨解决现存问题的对策与出路.
