Abstract
为研究气门结构对发动机排气道排气能力的影响,采用SST k-ω耦合湍流模型进行流场数值仿真,对比分析 2 种不同气门结构下排气道内气体流动状态,重点研究气门密封处气体流动状态和速度特性;通过气道吹风试验验证流体仿真的准确性.结果表明:仿真与吹风试验结果一致;气门颈部角与气门密封面角的差越小,局部阻力越小,局部损失越低,速度降低越小,排气能力越好.
