高温环境下Cr20Ni32Nb铸造管开裂原因分析

Abstract
在乙烯裂解装置高温裂解气环境下运行的铸造Cr20Ni32Nb钢带叉锥体发生了开裂.采用宏观检查、超声波检测、光谱分析和金相分析等方法对开裂带叉锥体的损伤形貌、剩余壁厚、金属化学成分及金相组织形貌进行了检测,结果表明,带叉锥体的失效形式为蠕变开裂.铸造Cr20Ni32Nb钢带叉锥体长期服役在高温、拉应力环境下,其金相组织中的枝晶间碳化物逐渐溶解并发生蠕变变形,大量的蠕变孔洞在晶界处相互连接形成裂纹,裂纹沿晶界不断扩展,最终导致带叉锥体发生开裂.
