Abstract
在现有二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠分光光度法的基础上,本研究减少使用有毒试剂四氯化碳萃取的步骤,使铜离子检测更为简单易行,便于企业日常监测.本方法铜离子与二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠反应生成的络合物,其最大吸收波长为461 nm.当使用10mm比色皿,试样体积为25 mL时,方法检出限为0.04 mg/L,测定下限为0.17 mg/L,测定上限为10.00 mg/L,精密度在4%以下,加标回收率为96.7%~101.6%.
