Abstract
研究地锦草乙醇提取物对草莓的影响来证实其对草莓贮藏保鲜有作用.以蒸馏水为对照,用不同浓度的提取液对淮南红颜草莓进行浸泡处理,选取相关品质指标,比较保鲜效果.处理组草莓采后生理品质显著提高,贮藏时间延长.与对照组相比,质量浓度为6.0 mg/mL的处理组失重率降低11.9%,可溶性固形物含量增加2.5%,维生素C含量增加23.1%,腐败指数降低37.8%,DPPH、ABTS自由基清除率分别增加13.8%、6.6%.结果表明,6.0 mg/mL地锦草乙醇提取液浸泡处理对草莓贮藏保鲜有较好的效果.
