Abstract

以自制硅酸盐树脂为原料,通过改变固化剂和树脂比例,制备一种改性硅酸盐胶黏剂,借助差热分析(DSC)、热分析仪(TGA)、万能拉力机及扫描电镜(SEM),对改性胶黏剂的固化行为、耐热性能、力学性能及微观形貌进行测试分析.结果表明:改性硅酸盐胶黏剂力学性能优异,剪切强度19.56 MPa,耐热性能优异,180℃胶黏剂可固化,高温下微观结构致密.
