黄陵基底晶质石墨提纯试验研究

Abstract
根据黄陵基底晶质石墨矿浮选精矿性质,探讨了碱酸法提纯最佳条件.试验结果表明,在m(NaOH)∶m(石墨)为0.7∶1,焙烧温度为550℃,焙烧时间为2 h,盐酸酸浸液固比为2.5∶1(mL/g),酸浸温度为40℃,酸浸时间为40 min条件下进行反应,可将石墨固定碳含量(质量分数)由95.28%提升至99.94%.
