小梁网房水外流途径的研究进展

Abstract
小梁网通道是房水外流的主要途径,流出阻力位于邻管组织(JCT)和Schlemm管内壁内皮.该区域的流出阻力受到小梁网、巩膜突内收缩性肌成纤维细胞和睫状肌的调节.随着影像学技术的发展,光学相干断层扫描(OCT)可提供高分辨率的房角结构图像信息,为房水流出途径的研究提供了重要的技术支持.本文就小梁网房水外流途径的研究进展予以综述.
