多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄妇女最常见的生殖和内分泌疾病之一,其病因复杂,发病机制至今未完全阐明.巨噬细胞与PCOS的发病机制、发病高危因素、重要临床特征等相关联,其介导的低度慢性炎症被证实是PCOS发生发展的关键环节.本文就巨噬细胞在PCOS中的研究进展进行综述.
