Abstract
偏头痛是一种常见的神经系统疾病,具有病程长、易反复等特点,历代医家多从风、火、痰、虚、瘀论治.李妍怡教授临床重视"血"之为病在疾病发生、发展过程中的影响,根据痛必有瘀、久病入络致瘀等特点,认为瘀阻脉络是本病的核心病机,寒凝、气滞、痰阻是瘀血形成的关键因素,也是引起偏头痛的重要原因.李教授以活血化瘀为基本治法,自拟佛手定痛汤活血化瘀、通络止痛,取得满意疗效.
