Abstract
以甘薯品种苏薯24号胚性愈伤细胞为受体材料,建立一种高效的超声波辅助处理的甘薯遗传转化体系,成功将Hpt基因和GFP基因转入愈伤细胞团,获得再生植株,并对所获得的拟转基因株系进行PCR检测.结果显示,此体系转化效率为85.4％,成苗率为36.4％,转基因植株阳性率为94.9％.
