Abstract
目的比较2种CO2体积分数下9种杀虫剂对西花蓟马(Frankliniella occidentalis)和花蓟马(F. intonsa)的毒力差异,为未来大气CO2浓度升高环境下蓟马的田间防治提供理论指导。方法在400 和800 μL/L CO2条件下采用浸渍法测定9种杀虫剂对西花蓟马和花蓟马雌、雄成虫及2龄若虫的毒力。结果800 μL/L CO2条件下,氟虫腈对西花蓟马雌、雄成虫及2龄若虫的LC50值分别为0.401、0.337和0.261 mg/L,分别是400 μL/L CO2条件下的0.82倍、0.94倍和0.73倍;对花蓟马雌、雄成虫及2龄若虫的LC50值分别为0.381、0.263和0.219 mg/L,分别是400 μL/L CO2条件下的0.82倍、0.87倍和0.78倍。2种CO2体积分数下,9种杀虫剂对2种蓟马的毒力大小均为:氟虫腈>辛硫磷>阿维菌素>噻虫嗪>丁硫克百威>高效氯氟氰菊酯>联苯菊酯>溴氰菊酯>氯虫苯甲酰胺,且2种蓟马对9种杀虫剂的敏感性为2龄若虫>雄成虫>雌成虫。结论CO2浓度升高可提高花蓟马和西花蓟马对9种杀虫剂的敏感性,且前者的敏感性强于后者。氟虫腈对2种蓟马的毒杀效果最好,可作为田间防治的推荐药剂。
