Abstract
大麻二酚具有多种药理活性,但因其代谢会产生一系列不良反应.为了探究大麻二酚的代谢问题和毒副作用,有必要对大麻二酚代谢产物5″-羟基大麻二酚的合成方法进行研究.以3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛为起始原料,经过9 步反应以15.2％的总收率完成了5″-羟基大麻二酚(8)的合成.此路线不仅提供了一种高效的合成5″-羟基大麻二酚的方法,也为大麻二酚衍生物的制备及代谢产物研究奠定了基础.
