植物精油具有良好的抑菌、抗炎、抗氧化特性,在畜禽饲料中添加使用具有安全、高效、毒副作用小、残留量低等优点,在成为饲用抗生素替代品方面有较高的开发潜力和研究价值.介绍了植物精油的理化特性,综述了植物精油微胶囊化工艺和制备方法及植物精油在畜禽养殖业中的应用研究进展,以期为畜禽用植物精油微胶囊制剂的研究与开发及植物精油在畜禽生产中的科学应用提供参考.
