调亏灌溉对贺兰山东麓赤霞珠葡萄主干茎流规律及品质的影响

Abstract
为探究水分供应对赤霞珠葡萄主干茎流规律及果实品质的影响,明确水分运输特征,筛选宁夏贺兰山东麓适宜的水分供应模式,以 5a生酿酒葡萄赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)为试验材料,设置3 900 m3/hm2(T1)、4 500 m3/hm2(T2)、5 100 m3/hm2(T3)、5 700 m3/hm2(CK)4 个水分灌溉水平,开展调亏灌溉对贺兰山东麓葡萄产区赤霞珠葡萄主干茎流规律及浆果品质影响的研究.结果表明:赤霞珠葡萄主干茎流速率、单株茎流量总体呈现昼高夜低的变化趋势.晴天茎流较阴天启动时间早、响应迅速、峰值高、高流速持续时间长.无论在晴天还是阴天均存在夜间茎流,且白天茎流速率高的处理夜间茎流速率亦高.调亏灌溉T1 处理比对照(CK)节水 31.58%,不仅能促进赤霞珠葡萄主干茎流速率、单株茎流量及单日蒸腾量,而且葡萄浆果的可溶性糖、可滴定酸、总酚、单宁和总花色苷含量分别提高了 2.68%、6.81%、27.94%、20.92%和 3.03%.因此,综合分析认为,T1调亏灌溉措施,不仅能实现大幅节水,而且能显著提高赤霞珠葡萄浆果品质.
