瘤胃是反刍动物重要的消化器官,瘤胃功能的健康直接影响反刍动物对饲料的消化吸收.保持瘤胃微生物区系的稳定对维护机体健康、发挥反刍动物生产性能、提高养殖经济效益具有重要的作用.文章就肉牛瘤胃微生物菌群组成、瘤胃消化营养吸收代谢机理及改善瘤胃健康措施进行综述,为促进饲粮高效利用、提升肉牛生产性能提供参考.
