信阳市茶叶中铅元素检测及风险评估

Abstract
为探究工艺、原料与茶叶中铅含量的关系以及信阳市茶叶中铅含量的安全程度,采集2013-2020年的193个茶叶样品进行检测分析,并采用目标危险系数(Target hazard quotient,THQ)模型来评价从茶叶中摄入铅的健康风险.结果显示,193个信阳市茶叶样品中,重金属铅的检出率为78.76%,所有样品中铅含量为0~4.98 mg/kg,铅平均含量为0.62 mg/kg,总体处于较低水平,所有检测样品铅均未超标.信阳红茶中铅的检出率高于信阳毛尖,信阳毛尖和信阳红茶铅含量、单芽茶和一芽一二叶茶中铅含量差异均不显著.成年男、女及儿童饮用信阳市茶叶时铅的目标危险系数分别为 0~0.235 8、0~0.280 6、0~0.540 7,即信阳市茶叶中的铅不会引起明显健康风险.
