Abstract
近年来过敏性气道疾病的患病率逐年增加,IL-18 与 IL-18Rα结合后可启动下游的促炎信号而在过敏性气道疾病中起重要作用.IL-18 也可与 IL-18BP结合进而抑制其与 IL-18Rα结合.因此,了解 IL-18 在过敏性气道疾病中的作用及其机制对于过敏性气道疾病的治疗、IL-18 相关生物制剂的研发具有重要意义.
