Abstract

•An online multi-dimensional FC × CCC system was developed.•The online transfer of FC × CCC was implemented solely through a six-way valve.•The elution solvent for FC was obtained from one phase of the biphasic system used in CCC.•Constituents of T. Quinquecostatus were effectively purified utilizing the FC × CCC system.
