摘要
•A series of novel Ziyuglycoside II derivatives were synthesized based on classical 1,2,3-triazole moiety.•Compound Z-15 demonstrated most potent antiproliferative effecting on K562, MCF-7 and MV411 cell lines.•Z-15 could significantly inhibit MCF-7 cells proliferation and migration.•Z-15 could induce mitochondrial mediated apoptosis and autophagy in MCF-7 cell lines via dose-dependent manner.
