Abstract
目前meta分析显示肥胖与男性生殖功能减退相关,但是肥胖如何导致男性不育目前尚未完全清楚.通过查询国内外文献发现:男性不育跟肥胖患者基因、内分泌、睾丸、精液的改变有很大的关连.通过分析认为高瘦素水平是影响男性不育的关键性因素.
