右美托咪啶是一种新型的高选择性α2肾上腺素能受体激动剂,可以产生镇静、镇痛、抗焦虑和抑制交感神经,无明显呼吸抑制作用.近年,右美托咪定的脑保护作用广受关注.右美托咪定通过抑制兴奋性氨基酸、减少儿茶酚胺的释放、抑制细胞凋亡及炎症反应的机制达到脑保护作用,另外,PI3K/Akt和MAPK信号通路在脑保护中也起到重要作用.
