Abstract
黑色素瘤是临床上常见的皮肤恶性肿瘤,且发病率呈运年增加的趋势.该病恶性程度高,易发生转移.虽然目前对于晚期黑色素瘤尚无有效的治疗手段,但随着对人类基因组学中功能性基因组和支配肿瘤的基因组的深入研究并结合高新技术,恶性黑色素瘤的治疗必将进入一个全新的时代.本文就目前生物治疗方面研究进展进行综述.
