高效液相色谱法同时测定果冻中安赛蜜和糖精钠

Abstract
目的:建立同时测定果冻中安赛蜜与糖精钠含量的测定方法,采用HPLC法同时测定果冻中安赛蜜与糖精钠的含量.方法:色谱柱为C1 8柱(250mm×46mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-20mmol/L乙酸铵溶液.流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃,进样体积为20μL.结果:安赛蜜与糖精钠在5.0μg/mL~50μg/mL(r=0.9998),范围内呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率(n=6)分别为101.1%(RSD=1.5%),98.0%(RS D=2.2%).结论:建立了同时测定果冻中甜味剂安赛蜜和糖精钠含量的方法,提高了准确度和工作效率.
