分析了目前高职教学考评环节存在的问题,提出开放式教学考核模式,对该考核模式下学生的学习行为进行了分析,研究结果表明:开放式的考核模式不仅有利于高职学生知识、技能的掌握,而且对于学生职业素养和综合能力的培养与发展起到积极作用.
