煤矸石中碳的浮选回收试验研究

Abstract
以贵州六盘水某煤矸石为研究对象,针对该煤矸石中可回收的固定碳资源,利用浮选法回收煤矸石中固定碳.通过一粗一精一扫浮选闭路工艺,在磨矿细度为-0.075mm粒级占75％,调整剂石灰和硅酸钠用量分别为3kg/t和1kg/t,捕收剂柴油总用量为450g/t的条件下,得到了碳精矿品位达到62.75％,回收率达到83.18％.
