Abstract
常见的债券资本成本计算公式存在计算结果差异较大的问题.文章提出在计算债券资本成本时,将发行费用直接从本金中减除、不考虑发行费用可抵税,在折现模型中直接将成本、费用换成税后等计算方式均是不合理的做法.在分析不同计算方法差异的基础上,进一步提出为保证债券资本成本计算的准确性需要注意的几个问题.
