Abstract
非酮症高血糖性偏身舞蹈症( hemichorea associated with non-ketotic hyperglycemia,HC-NH ) 是一组锥体外系症状,多表现为一侧上下肢或面部不自主、不规则的舞蹈样动作,临床上并不多见,易致误诊误治.因此,提高临床医师对该病的认识,及时发现该病并做出正确的诊断和治疗是非常重要的.本研究对1例 HC-NH 患者的临床资料进行总结,并结合文献对其临床特点和发病机制进行探讨,加深对该病的认识,避免漏诊、误诊.
