Abstract
类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以全身小关节多发性、对称性、侵蚀性关节炎为主要表现的自身免性疾病[1].肌骨超声在评估滑膜炎等关节内炎症及关节结构破坏方面具有较高的敏感性与特异性[2].早期RA由于临床与实验室表现不典型,诊断与鉴别诊断较困难[3-4].本文对早期RA患者进行肌骨超声检查,探讨早期RA肌骨超声影像学特征.
