Abstract
视网膜病变、肾病是2型糖尿病常见严重并发症[1].目前尚无特异性治疗技术与方法.利拉鲁肽是胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)类似物,可改善视网膜病变,但单用效果不理想[2].传统药物治疗存在疗效欠佳或严重不良反应而减少应用[3].硫辛酸可用于糖尿病周围神经病变治疗中.为此,本研究开展探讨,旨在为临床治疗提供参考方法.
