Abstract
新辅助治疗的传统含义是手术治疗前的细胞减量治疗,通常包括化疗和放疗.近年来随着靶向及免疫治疗的研究进展,两者已经纳入部分瘤种的新辅助治疗.采用新辅助治疗预期目标包括:降低肿瘤负荷,提高手术切缘阴性率,改善预后;肿瘤降期后重新获得手术切除机会;消灭或者减少肿瘤微转移灶;为术后辅助治疗提供药物敏感性指导等.
