Abstract
髓母细胞瘤(MB)是一种儿童颅内常见的恶性肿瘤,多伴有颅内压增高、脑积水、远处转移等临床症状,预后欠佳.目前已知的MB有4种分子亚型,分别为WNT型、SHH型、Group 3型和Group 4型.各种分子亚型各有特点且具有不同的预后.本文对MB的分子亚型特点及目前MB治疗的研究进展作一综述.
