Abstract
目的 本试验采用薄膜分散法制备替加环素脂质体.方法 以胆脂比、药脂比、水化温度为影响因素,以包封率及载药量为考察指标,通过单因素试验和响应曲面试验设计法,研究替加环素脂质体的最优制备工艺.结果 替加环素脂质体的最佳制备工艺为:水化温度60℃、药脂比1:30、胆脂比1:5,在此条件下制备的替加环素脂质体的包封率为73.07％,载药量为3.00％.结论 所选工艺可用于制备替加环素脂质体.
