Abstract
目的:优化败毒散的提取工艺.方法:以收膏率和柚皮苷、新橙皮苷含量的综合得分为考察指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法考察液料比、提取时间及提取数对败毒散提取工艺的影响.结果:最佳提取工艺条件为液料比14:1,水煎煮法提取170 min,提取2次,在该条件下,综合得分为87.67％.结论:该优化工艺方法准确可靠.
