Abstract
自从头颅CT问世以来,蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断己基本上摆脱了对腰椎穿刺的依赖,临床怀疑蛛网膜下腔出血首选CT检查,安全,敏感,出血当日敏感性高,检出率90％以上[1]但仍有部分蛛网膜下腔出血CT不能确定,特别是少量出血,仍需要腰椎穿刺检查.
