Abstract
目的 探讨实施护士分层管理对建立优质护理服务长效机制的效果.方法 通过对护士进行层级划分,和按层级对护士进行培训、考核及晋级,比较实施分层管理前后护士对其岗位的满意度级及离职率.结果 自2015年实施护士分层管理以来,护士满意度从(90.52±3.66)分提高到(95.82±3.35)分(P<0.01),护士离职率从3.75%降低到2.10%.结论 实施护士分层管理后护士队伍稳定,护士职业价值感提升.
