Abstract
复发性流产(RSA)是育龄期妇女常见的生殖疾病,其发病原因复杂,中医学认为其病机为冲任虚损,胎元不固.寿胎丸出自张锡纯的《医学衷中参西录》,是补肾安胎经典名方,对RSA治疗有较好的临床疗效.将寿胎丸治疗RSA研究进展进行综述,为寿胎丸的临床应用提供理论参考.
