Abstract
目的 探讨显微手术治疗椎管内硬膜外蛛网膜囊肿的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析 24 例椎管内蛛网膜囊肿患者的临床资料,包括临床表现及影像学资料、治疗方式、治疗效果及术后随访.结果 无一例囊肿复发,临床症状改善明显.结论 椎管内蛛网膜囊肿通过显微手术治疗可取得良好临床效果.
