Abstract
入住重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)的患者大多病情危重,加之手术、创伤等引起机体蛋白和能量代谢的改变,这些都容易导致患者出现营养不良[1].肠内营养(enteral nutrition,EN)作为危重症患者营养支持的首选方法,具有操作简便、成本低、并发症少等优势,在临床上得到广泛应用[2].但是,入住ICU的患者由于疾病打击及强烈应激等原因,大多伴有机体的代谢紊乱,出现急性胃肠功能障碍,常表现为喂养不耐受(feeding intolerance,FI)[3].
