嗜酸性粒细胞增多综合征( hypereosinophilic syndrome,HES)是以血及骨髓嗜酸性粒细胞增多,组织中嗜酸性粒细胞浸润为特征的一类异质性疾病谱[1] ,其临床表现复杂多样,且皮损形态没有特异性,易误诊漏诊.现将我科近期诊治1例HES报告如下.
