Abstract
目的:研究YAP对结肠癌细胞增殖的影响.方法:利用四质粒慢病毒感染系统建立过表达YAP稳定细胞系,通过细胞计数和克隆形成检测过表达YAP对结肠癌细胞增殖的影响.结果:过表达YAP稳定细胞系中,YAP的mRNA和蛋白水平明显增加;过表达YAP能促进结肠癌细胞增殖.结论:本研究初步证实YAP能促进细胞的增殖,为结肠癌的治疗提供了新的方向.
