Abstract
黑色素瘤(melanoma,MM)是一种恶性肿瘤,可发生于全身各个部位[1],而原发于肺部的恶性黑色素瘤(primary malignant melanoma of lung, PMML)约占MM的2.2％,且仅占肺部肿瘤的0.01％,其发病率较低[2],容易误诊.笔者报告1例确诊为PMML且经胸外科术后,随访9个月无转移及复发表现的病例,并结合该病例,复习国内外文献如下.
