Abstract
强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)是一种血清反应阴性的脊柱关节病,其发生与遗传和环境等因素有关,病变早期因无特异性表现而容易误诊或漏诊,病情严重时可导致脊柱活动度丧失.早期诊断和治疗AS,可以降低AS的致残率,有利于改善患者的生活质量.本文从AS的病因、诊断及治疗3个方面,对AS的诊治进展进行了综述.
