Abstract
《金匮要略》涉及"酒"的方剂共有26首,其中酒剂有"清酒""白酒""苦酒""酒"之分,入药又有"酒制""酒煎""酒服"之别.酒剂及其入药方式的不同,在方剂中发挥行气活血、通阳宣痹、助阳益气、醒脾和胃、开腠散邪、引药入经等不同功效.从《金匮要略》"酒"之种类、用法、功效及用量等方面入手,探讨仲景用"酒"之义、用"酒"之巧,以期为临床用酒入药提供依据和思路.
