摘要

•The implementation and relaxation of public health measures against COVID-19 strongly influence the activity of RSV in taiwan throughout the pandemic.•New introducing RSV ON1 and BA9 variants accounted for the two RSV outbreaks during the pandemic, respectively.•A shift of age of RSV infected children was seen in these two outbreaks taking place during the pandemic.
