Multi-material 3D printing of piezoelectric and triboelectric integrated nanogenerators with voxel structure

•A hybrid nanogenerator with voxel structure was prepared by multimaterial printing.•Multimaterial printing realized the creation of high filling and voxel structure.•The voxel structure could enhance the polarization efficiency and electric output.•The superior VOC of 150 V and ISC of 16 µA were generated under human movement.
