Abstract
•PFSV-2 was a purified polysaccharide from Sanghuangporus vaninii.•The phytochemical properties of PFSV-2 were characterized.•PFSV-2 could reduce H2O2-induced cytotoxicity in L929 cells.•PFSV-2 exhibited effective protection against H2O2-stimulated oxidative stress in zebrafish.
