摘要
CsPbI3 nanocrystals (NCs) have become a researchhotspot in the field of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Whereas, the longchain ligands with weak affinity to CsPbI3 NCs have preventedtheir further development and commercialization. Herein, a novel multidentateshort ligand tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) was employed viaa ligand exchange process to enhance hole mobility and decrease trapdensity of the CsPbI3 NCs film. Therefore, TMTD passivatedCsPbI(3) NCs LED exhibited 20.65% maximum external quantumefficiency and 3861 cd/m(2) maximum luminance. Furthermore,TMTD passivated CsPbI3 NCs LED exhibited good operationalstability with a 128 min half-lifetime. This strategy using multidentateshort ligand passivation provides an effective way to promote perovskiteLED development and commercialization.
